We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Where an account is created for your team:
You agree to use PitchEdge only for its intended purpose as a sales training tool. You must not:
All training calls made through PitchEdge are recorded for the purpose of generating performance scores and feedback. By making or permitting calls through the platform, you confirm that:
You accept responsibility for ensuring appropriate consent has been obtained from all users within your organisation prior to their use of the platform.
All intellectual property rights in the PitchEdge platform, including its software, AI models, design, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to PitchEdge. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, including custom objection scripts. By providing this content, you grant PitchEdge a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service for your account.
Performance data, scores, and analytics generated by the platform remain the property of PitchEdge, though you have a right to access and export data relating to your account during your subscription.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any information received from the other party that is marked as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to the receiving party, or required to be disclosed by law.
Where a paid plan is agreed:
Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per organisation. We reserve the right to withdraw trial access at any time. Upon expiry of the trial, continued use of the service will require a paid subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PitchEdge and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
PitchEdge integrates with third-party services including Twilio, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of these third-party services. Your use of these services through PitchEdge is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Either party may terminate access to the service by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. We will retain your data for 12 months following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion in writing.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any separate service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and PitchEdge in relation to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
